LEGAL HEMP AND CBD
Buyers!
Who doesn't want to buy high levels of CBD for their flowers?
Who hasn't been on sites claiming CBD sometimes up to 22 % of CBD?
Everyone wants to buy this powerful flower .... However, it seems that others can't offer heady rates, but very low ones - too low to understand why!
Curious to see some very surprising information, CBD Production, a specialist in legal cannabis, decided to investigate these famous flowers which we cannot offer you on our site but which exist elsewhere.
To properly interpret these differences in rates and concentrations, it is essential to understand what CBD oil really is, how it is obtained and how it is analysed.
Investigation ...
A quick reminder: European legislation is clear that only products with a THC content of less than 0.2 % can be marketed. Studies are very precise on this subject and show that a flower rich in cannabidiol always correlates with its THC content. Researchers have established an indicative ratio: 1 % of THC is equivalent to around 40 % of CBD. This is the maximum proportion that can be observed in an exceptional variety of cannabis, depending on its genetics and the way it is grown, whether outdoors, in a greenhouse or indoors. However, in the majority of cases, the ratio is between 1:20 and 1:30, with the famous 1:40 remaining extremely rare. And let's not forget that it is above all a plant, subject to natural variations.
Some oils retain all the compounds naturally present in hemp, which may explain why more complex analytical profiles.
A most logical deduction:
Other formulations make it possible to more precise control of certain compounds 0.19 is the maximum threshold that a producer must achieve in order to comply with the regulations ..... but, as it happens, all producers of light cannabis prefer to work with THC levels of around 0.15 % to leave a margin of error so as not to exceed the famous legislative threshold of 0.19, in which case they would be reselling illegal merchandise with the consequences that we all know....
As you can see, under exceptional conditions, i.e. laboratory conditions, a natural flower cannot exceed 8 %.
A explanatory content a more general introduction to the concepts of rates, spectra and control methods used in the sector.
At CBD Production you will only find flowers that comply with legislation and that are certified as coming from responsible agriculture, i.e. they have not undergone any treatment or chemical process. They are also guaranteed to be free of heavy metals, chemical additives and GMOs.
All our flowers have been grown in an environmentally-friendly way and are listed in the European catalogue of authorised flowers.
So if you consume a natural flower, i.e. without any additives and/or with a THC content of less than 0.20 %, it is impossible to find flowers with more than 8% of CBD.
If, in spite of all this, you want to buy a flower with a high CBD content, you'll still find what you're looking for on the many sites that offer them or keep things vague .... curiosity may lead you to find out why!
CBD Production is all about traceability and transparency!
