Les articles retournés doivent être en parfait état, non utilisés, non altérés et accompagnés de tous leurs accessoires et documentation d’origine. Tout produit qui ne respecterait pas ces conditions ne pourra malheureusement pas faire l’objet d’un remboursement.

• If we have delivered an item to you by mistake (wrong product shipped)
• Si l’article est livré endommagé ou défectueux
• If the parcel shows visible damage on receipt

Refund procedure
